In October of 2010, Integrated Professional Solutions was commissioned for the management and administration of the CNMI’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. Integrated Professional Solutions is a private firm created by co-principals Michael J. Ada and Jose Padilla. IPS reports directly to the Office of the Governor through regular communications and reports.
